The Ideas that Change Lives programme offers business support and financial investment to support and encourage organisations and individuals to develop socially enterprising ideas that enable Leeds residents age 16+ with care and support needs to remain independent. The types of activity we seek to fund include alternatives to traditional day care and support services; brokerage; health and wellbeing promoting activities; employment related opportunities. The programme is funded through Leeds City Council Adult Social Care’s “Better Lives” initiative which aims to ensure services help people to live independently.
Applicants can also access practical support to help develop their ideas, on a one-to-one basis and/or via a workshop/seminar programme.
