Big Change Fund

Pots of up to £2,500 are available for established community groups and charities working in Leeds City Centre to provide additional practical support directly to individuals who are homeless or rough sleeping, allowing people to feel safe and get the support they need for long lasting change.

Winter Wellbeing Community Grants Scheme

Deadline 29 August 2018 at 5pm

The fund is seeking projects that support vulnerable people across the age spectrum who are the most susceptible to the adverse effects of cold and severe weather. Applicants should have innovative ideas to address social isolation, increase resilience and help reduce levels of illness (and deaths) in the winter months.

Lowell Giving Community Fund

Deadline 30 August 2018 at 12 noon 

This fund aims to support financial literacy and employability skills. The programme will invest in activities that seek to alleviate the underlying problems that cause challenges in these areas and prevent enjoyment of a full modern life.  Grants of £5,000 up to £20,000 are available for applicants based or supporting people within Leeds.

Leeds Fund: Small Grants

Community grants of £500 to £2,500 support locally-based community activities across the city.

Round 5 of the Leeds Fund: Small Grants is focused on community cohesion and capacity building.

Youth social action has huge potential to create enjoyable opportunities and skills development for young people, benefitting local people and places. This fund makes grants of between £1,000 and £5,000 to organisations delivering youth social action in Wakefield.

Pears Youth Fund

Deadline 13 September 2018 at 12 noon

This fund seeks to support organisations that actively involve young people in the design and delivery of projects focusing on voice, engagement and influence for them and their peers. Applicants should be working in Leeds and/or Bradford and have an annual income below £500k.

Leeds Fund: Micro Grants


Small grants of up to £500 are available to support social entrepreneurs/community activists or groups with a turnover of under £2,500 looking to develop or implement ideas that benefit Leeds residents.
