The Bradford Fund Micro Grants Spring 2022
1 July 2022
The Bradford Fund helps Community Organisations in the district to become more resilient; building stronger organisations that will be around to support people in Bradford for years to come. Feedback from organisations and across the voluntary sector highlights the need for funding that can be used to support core costs and organisational development.
The latest round of the Micro Grants stream of The Bradford Fund invested just over £9,000 in 4 Community Organisations in the spring of 2022.
The organisations that were awarded funding are:
-
-
-
- Bradford South Asian Heritage Forum
- Bradford Under Fives Association
-
-
For up to 12 months, these organisations will use their funding to look at the areas of development most relevant to them, such as effective leadership, finance and operations, and understanding and demonstrating impact.
As the demand on Community Organisations continues to increase as a result of the pandemic and cost of living crisis, investment to help them survive and develop is vital.
