The funded activities include:

        • Delivering a pilot programme of tennis coaching and clubs for children from areas that face multiple forms of disadvantage.
        • Supporting people to take part in physical activities to promote physical and mental health including outdoor games, Parkrun, gym, swimming and yoga.
        • Community food growing sessions, where the food grown will be used in cultural cooking sessions with asylum seekers living in temporary housing.
        • Financial empowerment workshops to educate diverse women about passive income.

Since 2017, more than 130 Microgrants have been given out through The Leeds Fund, with several recipients going on to develop their ideas and receive further funding from Leeds Community Foundation.
